At RBA Transfers, we're committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom-made or printed to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or customer error.
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production begins are subject to an 8% cancellation and restocking fee.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Colour Disclaimer
Please note that colours are not guaranteed with Direct to Film (DTF) printing.
Final prints may vary slightly due to:
- Monitor and screen settings
- Artwork colour profiles
- CMYK printing limitations
- Previous print variations
Slight colour variations between orders are considered normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing items
- Incorrect
please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost required to resend the package.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Shipping Information
The shipping option selected during checkout applies only to the shipping speed once your package has been shipped.
Production turnaround times remain the same regardless of the shipping service selected.
Current production estimates:
- Custom DTF Transfers: 1–3 Business Days
- UV DTF Stickers: 3–7 Business Days
- Screen Prints: 3–7 Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RBA Transfers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
We strongly recommend purchasing RBA Shipping Protection during checkout for additional coverage and peace of mind.
Stamp Mail Orders
Orders shipped using Stamp Mail do not include tracking.
By selecting this shipping method, you acknowledge that RBA Transfers is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.
If you require package tracking, please select a tracked shipping option during checkout.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, refunds will apply only to the product value.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
International Shipping
RBA Transfers proudly ships throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally.
International orders may ship using USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or other courier services depending on destination.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country's customs agency.
These fees are not included in your order total.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping promotions do not apply to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Canadian Territories
- Remote locations where additional carrier surcharges apply
Trademark & Copyright
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material submitted for printing.
RBA Transfers assumes no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
