DTF Artwork & Upload Instructions

We print artwork exactly as submitted and do not resize customer artwork. Double-check your measurements before uploading to ensure the finished transfer is the correct size.

Artwork Requirements

Please make sure your files meet the following specifications before uploading:

✔ 300 DPI resolution
✔ Minimum line weight of 2 pt
✔ Upload artwork at the exact size you want it printed
✔ Transparent background
✔ High-quality, non-pixelated artwork
✔ Artwork should be correctly oriented (not mirrored)
✔ Accepted file formats:
- AI
- EPS
- PNG

Artwork Sizing

Please upload your artwork at the exact dimensions you would like it printed.

Artwork Quality

For the best results:

Use high-resolution artwork (300 DPI)
Avoid blurry or pixelated images
Ensure all text is sharp and readable
Verify colours and transparency before uploading

Remember:

High-quality artwork produces high-quality transfers.

Transparent & Translucent Artwork

Transparent backgrounds are required for all DTF artwork.

Please note:

Transparent backgrounds print correctly.
Semi-transparent or translucent effects are not printed by default.
If your artwork requires translucent or fading effects, please leave a note during checkout. These areas will be printed with a white ink base unless otherwise requested.

Accepted File Types

We currently accept:

Vector files generally provide the highest print quality whenever available.

Before You Upload

Please confirm:

Artwork is the correct size.
Background is transparent.
Resolution is 300 DPI.
File is not mirrored.
Colours and spelling have been checked.
All elements are positioned correctly.

Important Information

All files are printed exactly as received.

RBA Transfers does not inspect, edit, resize, correct spelling, or modify customer artwork before printing.

By uploading your files, you confirm that your artwork is ready for production.
