In an effort to provide more safety, assurance, and insurance for our amazing RBA Customers. We’ve partnered with ShipTection to provide extra protection for you. ShipTection is a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for RBA TRANSFERS Inc shipments and orders. Simply add ShipTection to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise.

Q: What is shipping protection?

Shipping protection covers against packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Q: How do I file a claim?

Customers can contact claims@shiptection.com or file a claim directly with our insurance partner, InsureShip, here: File a Claim.

Q: Will I receive a replacement or reimbursement if my claim is approved?

You can select to receive a replacement or be reimbursed for your purchase.

Q: What are the filing time frames?

Time to File: 90 Days from Date of Shipment 

Lost Shipments: Wait 20 Days Domestic; 30 Days International Shipment.

Damaged Shipments: Can Be Filed Immediately

Q: What documents do I need to submit?

  1. Online Claim Form 

  2. Proof of Value (Sales/Purchase Invoice) 

  3. Recipient Statement of Non-Receipt or Damage

  4. (If Applicable) Pictures of Damage, repair estimate, or salvage value.

Q: How long will it take to review my claim?

Most claims are resolved within 24 hours of submission. 

 

Q: Does shipping insurance work internationally?

Yes, shipping insurance works internationally excluding Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Iran, Iraq, Congo, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Syria, Zimbabwe, Russia, Ukraine, and any other Country that is or may become Embargoed by the United States or United Nations as sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
