Upload Requirements for Custom DTF Gang Sheets

To ensure the highest print quality for your Custom DTF Gang Sheets and DTF Transfers, please follow the artwork guidelines below before placing your order.

• Upload artwork at 300 DPI for the sharpest possible print quality.
  
• Minimum line weight: 2 pt.
  
• Upload artwork at the exact size you want it printed. We do not resize artwork.
  
• Files must have a transparent background.
  
• Use high-quality artwork. Low-resolution or pixelated images will print exactly as submitted.
  
• Accepted file formats: .PNG, .AI and .EPS.
  
• Transparent or semi-transparent effects will not print correctly unless intentionally designed.
  
• Upload artwork in the correct reading orientation. Do not mirror your files.
  
• All custom DTF transfers are printed exactly as submitted. We do not inspect, edit or correct artwork before production.
  

Important: The quality of your finished DTF transfer depends on the quality of the artwork you upload. For the best results, always submit clean, high-resolution print-ready files.

Application Instructions

Follow the recommended application settings below to achieve the best results with your DTF Transfers, Screen Print Transfers and UV DTF Transfers. Heat press settings may vary slightly between machines, so we always recommend performing a test application before full production.

Direct to Film (DTF Transfers)

Our Hot Peel DTF Transfers are designed for fast application and outstanding durability on cotton, polyester, blends and many other fabrics.

Recommended Settings

• Temperature: 320–350°F (160–177°C)
  
• Pressure: Heavy
  
• Use parchment paper or a protective sheet
  
• Heat Press Time: 7–10 seconds
  
• Cricut EasyPress: 30–40 seconds
  
• Peel: Hot
  
• Repress: 1–2 seconds for maximum durability and a soft hand feel
  

Screen Print Transfers

Our Screen Print Transfers provide vibrant colours and excellent durability for apparel decoration.

Recommended Settings

• Temperature: 350°F (177°C)
  
• Pressure: Heavy
  
• Use parchment paper or a protective sheet
  
• Heat Press Time: 7–12 seconds
  
• Cricut EasyPress: 30–40 seconds
  
• Peel: Hot
  

UV DTF Transfers

UV DTF Transfers are designed for smooth hard surfaces and do not require a heat press.

Application Instructions

1. Place the UV DTF transfer face down on your surface.
   
2. Slowly roll the white backing away from the design. Do not peel it off.
   
3. Ensure the design has fully transferred to the clear carrier film.
   
4. Position the transfer onto your clean, dry surface.
   
5. Firmly rub the design to ensure complete adhesion.
   
6. Slowly peel away the clear carrier film.
   

Aftercare

While UV DTF Transfers are highly durable and can withstand occasional dishwasher use, hand washing is recommended to maximize the longevity of your design and maintain the best appearance over time.
