Un cauchemar avant le transfert de café d'une couleur

I’ve ordered a lot in the past and I’ve loved it always. This time when my order came in I had some with creases and when I went to press them they creased on the shirt. On top of that I had some that after the first wash they wrinkled on my shirt and are no longer wearable. I know how to press them and I’ve never had and issue with it until this recent order.
